2. DEFINITIONS

“Special Personal Information” means personal information concerning a data subject’s religious or philosophical beliefs, race or ethnic origin, trade union membership, political persuasion, health, sex life, biometric information, or criminal behaviour. Psychometric assessment data may include elements classified as special personal information.
“Processing” means any operation concerning personal information, including collection, receipt, recording, organisation, storage, updating, retrieval, consultation, use, dissemination, merging, restriction, degradation, erasure, or destruction.
“Data Subject” means the person to whom personal information relates.

12. AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING
Psychometric assessments involve standardised scoring and interpretation. However, all assessment reports are reviewed and interpreted by a registered psychometrist (Michael Bennet) before being issued. No significant decisions are made solely on automated processing without human involvement.
